Terms of service

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service:

GENERAL
I will not accept commissions involving illegal, hateful or discriminatory contentPAYMENTS
Full payment is required upfront, unless we've agreed on a different form of deposit (50/50 ect.)REVISIONS
Basic revision are included (e. g., small adjustments to colours, details)Major changes after final approval (rendering stage) will incur in additional fees ($10 per revision)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Any commission made will be delivered in 1-2 months time.
Extension of time may happen if for example unforeseen circumstances such as sickness and or family matter.In such case I will reach out to you to discuss potential added time to the time line and or any necessary refunds.
USE
I offer commisons for personal use (e.g., personal profiles, gifts) and or for comercial use such as pormotion and thumbnails.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain right to post the artwork on my social media unless the privacy add-on is purchased
you retain the right to use and edit my work for things like thumbnails, social media posts ect.Under no circumstances are you allowed to use my work in combination with generative ai (e. g. using it as a ai training material, editing the final image whit ai.) if found breaking this rule commercial right will be revoked.REFUNDS
once work has started, no refunds will be issued unless the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances such as being sick, family matter ect.COMMUNICATION
